With the DOEN-app you will build a loyal Fanbase! These are motivated DOENers who really fit in with your hospitality business. You easily create services and invite employees. In the profile of the DOENer you can see their ratings and experience. So you always have the right people working with you!
Pools and Fanbase
Motivated and enthusiastic staff? Well, don’t we all want that? Better yet: with us, this is possible! Through our careful selection process we map out the needs, intrinsic motivation and ambitions of the DOENer. Is this a match with your restaurant? Then we introduce them to your Fanbase. Of course, you have the opportunity to accept or reject someone at any time.
The DOENer gets an extra €1,00 per hour salary from us; fair is fair: that motivates too. This way, our DOENers work in a place they like and you have staff that enjoys what they do. Win-win!
Your Fanbase is composed of motivated, enthusiastic DOENers who really want to work in your facility. You can divide the Fanbase into different pools, like “Kitchen Heroes” or “Saturday Night Superstars”. This way, you can ask for personnel in a targeted way and you can determine the reward for each pool.
Within your FanBase of loyal and motivated DOENers, you can create sub-pools. Click on “menu” and then on “DOENers”. You will see an overview of your existing groups. Click on ” new pool” to create a new pool, for example “Kitchen Heroes” or ” Saturday Night Superstars”. You can then invite DOENers to your pool, determine the reward for these services, and see at a glance what percentage of requests has been filled.
Click on “menu” and then on “DOENers”. Here you will see an overview with of all your pools. Click on one to see who’s in your pool. Next to this overview you will see a tab with “Applicants”. Here you can accept or reject new DOENers.
Click on “menu” and then on “schedule”. Here you’ll see an overview of all the shifts you have created. If you click on a service, you will see an overview of all the details. Next to this is a tab with “service updates”, which gives you and you see an overview of which DOENers will be working for you and who have all signed up. You can accept the DOENers here or, if they don’t have the right profile or experience, reject them.
Has a DOENer not been working properly? That is almost impossible! In the unlikely event that this does happen, you are of course always able to remove someone from your pool. Go to “menu” and then to “DOENers” to see an overview of all your pools. Click on the pool from which you want to remove the DOENer and click on the trash-can next to the DOENer’s name.
Planning and schedule
Go to “menu and then “schedule”. Click on “create new event.” Here you can enter the details of your shift, such as the time, dress code and exact location.

Go to “menu and then “schedule.” Click on the service you want to delete. At the top you will see a trash-can, click on it to cancel, or adjust the shift.
A DOENer signs up for your service. You will receive a notification, after which you can accept him.
Go to “menu and then “schedule”. Click on the service you want to invite DOENers for and then on “invite DOENers”.
Is business going well? And can you expand? That’s great! Click on “menu” and then “account and business settings”. Click on the plus next to “my locations” and add the details of your business.
Click on “menu” and then on “timesheets”. Here is an overview of your digital timesheets. Click on “download” to view the specifications.

If you want to change your data, click on “menu” and then on “account and company settings”. Here you can make address changes, or for example changes in dress code. company settings – click on the area you want to modify.
