Doen Horeca is convinced that the privacy of app users is essential. Personal data is therefore handled and secured with the utmost care, in full compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).

Processing of personal data

The moment you use the app, your personal data are recorded for the execution of the agreement with your employer/client, to answer your question or to contact you.

What personal data will be processed from you?

Below is an overview of the personal data that may be processed, depending on the purpose and settings of the app:

• NAW data
• Phone number
• Email address
• Function(s).
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Copy of ID 
• Copy of residence permit or work permit (if applicable)
• Bank account number (IBAN).
• Profile photo
• Driving License
• Car
• Availability of you
• Services
• Hours registration
• Paychecks

Other personal data provided by or on behalf of you such as a resume, references, etc. 

What will your personal data be processed for?

Your personal data will be processed for the following possible purposes:

• To provide you with offers and/or information about possible services/events and other activities.
• To assess your suitability and availability in connection with mediation to an assignment.
• To establish and maintain an employee or staffing/mediation relationship with you.
• To record an assignment with the client in an agreement with the client and to maintain and fulfill the agreement with the client.
• For management purposes, including management information, providing internal control and corporate security, and performing audits and auditing. To comply with laws and regulations. 

Doen Horeca only records personal data if it is necessary to be able to execute the agreement with you, to fulfill its legal obligations, to the extent consent has been given, or if otherwise permitted by or under the law. In principle, no special personal data are processed unless expressly necessary and permitted by law. With 'special personal data' is meant data on race, religion or belief, political affiliation, health, sexual life, trade union membership, personal data under criminal law and/or personal data on unlawful or nuisance behavior. 

Retention period 

Your personal data will be kept as long as this is necessary for the realization of the purposes as mentioned above. After the (legal) retention period, your personal data will be destroyed.

Security measures 

We make every effort to optimally secure your personal data against unauthorized use. We do this by means of physical, administrative and technological measures. For example: only authorized parties have access to the data, we have security software in use and extensive procedures to prevent unauthorized access to your data and you have a personal login. If and insofar as data is provided to third parties, we have agreed with them that they will provide optimal security for the personal data and a processor agreement has been concluded, unless the third party itself is a data controller.  

Your rights

You have the following rights under applicable laws and regulations - and in accordance with the terms contained therein:

• Access to your personal data.
• Rectification of incorrect personal data.
• Complete incomplete information.
• To have your personal data erased in certain cases.
• To have the processing of your personal data "restricted" in certain cases.
• To object to the processing of your personal data in certain cases.
• To obtain and transfer your personal data in certain cases.
• To file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

In certain cases, we may have the right to refuse your request. In that case, we will explain the refusal to you. 

If you wish to view the personal data that we process about you and/or wish to change data, please contact Doen Horeca. To be able to establish that the request is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document. Make your passport photo and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black/unreadable in the copy, for the protection of your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, in any case within one month.
