Working as an Internship: Recruiter
This is what you will do
What you will all do and learn:
- Online searches for matching resumes;
- You schedule appointments with candidates;
- You call our talent pools after;
- Together with the account manager, you will conduct intake interviews;
- Devise and set up new recruitment campaigns;
- You write job postings and publish them on various channels;
So, are you going to do this all by yourself? No, you will be well supported by our recruitment team and manager. Your development will be central during this internship: we believe it is important that our colleagues grow professionally (and personally). The opportunities are as great as your ambitions.
Do you show what you have to offer? Then doors will open for you: many former interns have stuck with us. So it could just be that your internship is your first job!

- Are you following a relevant education, for example in the direction of HR, Intercedent, Junior Account Manager, HR or similar, preferably in 3rd or 4th year of study
- Are you available 32-40 hours per week
- Understand how the MS Office package works
- You are proactive and not afraid to make contacts
